What youll do:

  • Partner with the Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations
  • Inspire and mentor BOH team members
  • Ensure top-quality food, consistency, and presentation
  • Maintain high standards for safety, sanitation, and organization
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Keep the energy high and the kitchen running smoothly
