Junior Project Manager - Data Center Construction

  • Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas
  • Duration: Perm/ Direct hire
  • Travel: Travel required as needed, including travel to CO 3 days a week

Overview

Join our team in Dallas, TX, as a Junior Project Manager and play a key role in optimizing and supporting data center construction projects! This exciting position is tailored for early-career professionals passionate about the construction industry, particularly in mission-critical environments. As a vital team member, you will work closely with Project Managers and field teams, ensuring effective project coordination while honing your skills in a dynamic setting. If you're organized, personable, and eager to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!

Required Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or project management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor with a client-focused and team-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working on-site and traveling as needed
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience in data center or mission-critical construction projects
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, reporting, or scheduling tools

Preferred Education and Experience

  • A degree or certification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Some exposure to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination is a plus

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel up to 3 days a week to Colorado as needed
  • Strong desire to support project execution and maintain client relationships
