We have an opening for a Recruiting Manager who can answer yes to these questions. Recruiting Manager Requirements:

  • Experience โ€“ In HomeCare, Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions preferred; two years of experience in the home care field preferred

  • Education โ€“ High school diploma

  • Skills โ€“ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, relationship building, strong communication skills, strong organizational skills

  • Characteristics โ€“ This is an autonomous position, so weโ€™re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn. Must have homecare experience in the day to day.
