About the Role

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the end-to-end hiring process and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This role is critical to keeping recruiting operations running smoothly-owning scheduling, coordination, systems accuracy, and communication across multiple stakeholders.

You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure interviews, offers, and hiring workflows are executed efficiently, professionally, and on time.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Greenville, NC. Team members are expected to work from the office Monday through Friday (5 days per week). 

Key Responsibilities

Interview & Hiring Coordination

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, roles, and stakeholders.
  • Manage complex scheduling, rescheduling, and last-minute changes with professionalism and urgency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Ensure interviewers are prepared with calendars, materials, and logistics.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a high-quality, white-glove candidate experience from first contact through offer.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates regarding interview steps, timelines, and expectations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in every interaction.

Recruiting Operations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track candidate progress and ensure hiring workflows move forward without delays.
  • Support offer letter generation, approvals, and background check initiation as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination in partnership with People Operations.

Stakeholder Support

  • Partner with recruiters to prioritize roles and manage interview volume.
  • Support hiring managers with scheduling, process clarity, and interview readiness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, People Ops, and Finance when needed.

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to recruiting workflows and tools.
  • Create and maintain templates, checklists, and coordination best practices.
  • Support recruiting projects such as hiring events, pipeline reviews, or system cleanups.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a similar operations-focused role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume scheduling and competing priorities.
  • Comfort working with applicant tracking systems and calendar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting fast-paced or high-growth organizations.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams or time zones.
  • Interest in growing into recruiting, talent operations, or HR roles.
