We are hiring for an IN-HOUSE LEGAL RECRUITER.
 
This position will support our offices throughout the Southeastern United States.

 This individual will assist and enhance the law office with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: 
  • All recruiting for Attorneys.
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and conducting interviews along-side of attorneys.
  • All posting and preparation of advertisements for open attorney positions throughout the firm.
  • Coordinating of any recruiting events that may be beneficial.
  • Coordinating with attorneys on staffing as it relates to attorney needs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Individuals must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, exceptional organizational skills, and possess proficient computer skills.
  • Be able to work independently, have the ability to multi-task with time-sensitive work.
  • Be proactive and highly professional.
  • Have a positive attitude and have the ability to work exceptionally well with attorneys and candidates.
  • Have recruiting experience with the legal profession of 3 to 5 years.
