Logan Property Management (LPM) isย seekingย an organized and proactive Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager at Peachtree Apartments, a 296-unitย a single-room occupancy (SRO) property located at 901 F St, San Diego, CA 92101. This roleย assistsย with daily operations, leasing activities, resident services, and team coordination to ensure smooth property management and high resident satisfaction.ย 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Operations:ย 
  • Support daily operations toย maintainย property standards.ย 
  • Assistย with coordinating maintenance and repairs.ย 
  • Help manage vendor relationships and service quality.ย 
  • Monitor property appearance and functionality.ย 
  • Resident Relations:ย 
  • Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.ย 
  • Support the Community Manager in creating a welcoming and professional environment.ย 
  • Leasing and Occupancy:ย 
  • Assistย with leasing activities including unit showings, application processing, and move-in/move-out procedures.ย

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ย
