Multi-site Property Manager – Hartford, CT
  • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, including tenant screening, lease management, rent collection and maintenance coordination
  • Screening potential tenants through background checks and credit reports 
  • Negotiating lease agreements and ensuring compliance with rental terms 
  • Preparing and managing property budgets 
  • Advertising vacant units to attract new tenants 
  • Showing properties to potential tenants 
  • Problem-solving abilities to address tenant issues and maintenance concerns
  • Portfolio Details: 4 properties close by totaling about 275 Units

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years as Property Manager with a stable work history
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must have experience managing a team
  • Must have AppFolio experience
