Woodspear Properties is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in Loveland, Colorado. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package. As a Multi-Site Property Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality living spaces, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and driving the financial success of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the daily activities of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all local regulations.
  • Tenant Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, address their inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive living environment.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the property, identifying any maintenance needs and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Lease Management: Negotiate and renew lease agreements, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and optimizing occupancy rates.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage rent collection, accounts payable, deposit accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all transactions.
