Job description

Looking for some extra money?

This project will start asap and last 3-4 weeks.

Schedule is Monday through Friday 9:30am - 6pm.
 


As a Community Turn Lease Assistant, you’ll assist with a variety of tasks in preparation of apartment turn season. This person will offer support to our leasing and maintenance teams to ensure our residents have the best possible experience living in our communities. This is a temporary position.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance to all customer service efforts at the community.
Provide exceptional service to current, future, and past residents.
Assist in the turnover process in all units.
Assist with office duties such as greeting prospects, providing tours and execution of the lease agreement or related move-in paperwork.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and write English fluently.
Basic computer skills required.
Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property and have reliable transportation
