Job description

Developers Realty is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Commercial Property Leasing Manager to oversee leasing activities for a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is responsible for maximizing occupancy, increasing rental revenue, maintaining tenant relationships, and supporting the overall success of our properties.

Responsibilities

  • Market and lease available commercial spaces.
  • Generate leads, conduct property tours, and negotiate lease agreements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and business owners.
  • Manage lease renewals, amendments, and tenant retention efforts.
  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competing properties.
  • Maintain accurate leasing records, reports, and occupancy data.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins, build-outs, and space transitions.
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Assist with budgeting, revenue forecasting, and financial performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial leasing, property management, or commercial real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lease structures (NNN, gross, and modified gross leases).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
