Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a customer service oriented Leasing Agent at our Sandusky, OH office. This centralized office oversees 11 properties. We are offering up to $16.00/hr. tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of paid time off.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with answer phones, emails, social media posts
- Schedule appointments and setup tours
- Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
- Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments   are acceptable for showing
- Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required 
- Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
- Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents 
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
