We are looking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with others in a fast paced environment. Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, solid interpersonal and computer skills.
Position Description
- The Leasing Representative is responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures in accordance with the company's and the community's established policies and procedures.
- Provides high quality resident service and conveys resident service requests to the Maintenance Supervisor and other service associates.
- This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required.
- Experience in customer service, marketing and sales highly preferred.
- Experience with computers and basic Microsoft Programs

Other Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
- Frequently is required to stand; walk; and use hands to maneuver, handle, or feel objects, or tools.
- Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job involve normal vision.
- Problem solving abilities are required.
- Time management skills are necessary.
