Thalhimer is looking to add a talented Leasing Associate to join our Thalhimer Multifamily team at Hearthwood Apartments in Charlottesville, VA. If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

As a Leasing Associate, you will play a key role in the success of our community by assisting with various leasing and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing & Leasing: Participate in marketing efforts to attract prospective residents and effectively promote the features and benefits of the community.
  • Customer Engagement: Greet prospective residents, conduct tours of available apartments, and assist with the application process to ensure a smooth leasing experience.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Community Manager with ongoing administrative functions, including processing rent payments and maintaining community records.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both current and prospective residents, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
