Job description

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Part Time Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of a 62-unit multifamily community, ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, strong financial performance, and efficient property management. Your leadership will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Schedule: 20- 25 hours each week

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the assigned property.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Manage leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, conducting tours, and supporting leasing goals.
  • Post rent, monitor occupancy, and meet established NOI and performance targets.
  • Follow established collection and delinquency procedures.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor and service provider contracts to ensure quality and costeffective services.
  • Use property management software for accurate data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping.
  • Apply effective conflictresolution strategies to address resident issues.
  • Assist with annual budget preparation and review.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures related to property operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing laws.
