Job description
Landmark Property Services is seeking an energetic and customerfocused Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a busy leasing office in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate is selfmotivated, personable, and experienced in leasing, customer service, and sales.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus rotating Saturdays
Experience Required: 2+ years leasing experience (management experience preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with leasing, tours, and resident relations
- Process leases, renewals, move-ins and move-outs
- Collect rent and manage delinquent accounts
- Maintain resident files and financial records
- Answer phones, perform general office duties, and support daily operations
- Ensure strong customer service and compliance with Fair Housing laws
