A part time apartment manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an apartment complex or building on a part-time basis. Their duties often include collecting rent, handling tenant inquiries and complaints, coordinating repairs and maintenance, showing units to prospective tenants, and ensuring that the property complies with local regulations. They may also be involved in administrative tasks such as maintaining records and preparing reports. The specific responsibilities can vary depending on the size of the property and the employer's requirements.
