Job description

Part-Time Apartment Property Manager:

Apartment manager for complexes in Murphy and Bryson City area. This position is responsible for handling the day to day operation of the property. Job duties for this position include inspecting the property, apartment units and grounds on a regular basis, offer recommendation to management regarding improvements to the community, collects all rent payments, assists in processing and monitoring of maintenance for the complex, distributes notices to residents, actively maintains move-in/move-outs, performs all leasing functions accurately, maintains tenant files, and markets the property to the fullest potential.

The perfect candidate for this position will have a positive go-getter attitude and be detailed oriented. Must be a self starter with attention to detail. Skills needed for this position include good communication, phone, and customer service. RD or HUD experience helpful, but not a must.

This is a part-time salaried position. The ideal candidate would work 2 days per week.
