Job description

TThe Kamson Corporation, a Premier Apartment Management Organization, is seeking a professional & seasoned Part-Time Apartment Administrative Leasing Consultant for our Garden-style apartment community located in Westwood, NJ.

The qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1 plus years of apartment leasing and office management experience. Qualified candidates must be customer service driven, as well as detailed/organized, have the ability to multi-task, and be available to work weekends. Experience with I Love Leasing, MRI and LRO is a plus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the leasing process from inception to final submission to Corporate
  • Answer telephone inquiries
  • Show apartments to prospective residents
  • Walk vacant ready apartments, and additional leasing and office management responsibilities as required
  • Must be available to work three days a week and weekend hours
