Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to assist the Property Manager with day-to-day
operations, administration of resident paperwork, help with reports, and work
orders. As well as to support the Property Manager in enforcing policies and
procedures, adhere to Fair Housing and all applicable laws at all times. An
Assistant Manager is responsible for coordinating with other property staff and
vendors to provide outstanding customer service to the residents, maintain
excellent curb appeal, provide well-timed and proactive property maintenance,
safeguard the good financial health and stability of the property.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Must have at leastย 2 years of trackable property leasing experience, or 1
    year of prior property manager assistant experience.
