Position Summary:

Richmark Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager with daily operations and resident relations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and successful management of the property while maintaining a strong customer service focus and upholding compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

ยท Support the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks and property operations

ยท Maintain exceptional customer service and professional communication with residents and vendors

ยท Identify opportunities for property and operational improvements and communicate observations to the Property Manager

ยท Perform various on-site duties as assigned, including tasks requiring a valid driverโ€™s license

ยท Ensure compliance with federal Fair Housing laws and all applicable local laws and ordinances

ยท Assist with leasing efforts, rent collection, and resident notices as needed

ยท Help track and coordinate apartment renovations and turn processes

Required Skills amp; Experience:

ยท Minimum 3 years of experience in the apartment leasing industry; Assistant Manager experience preferred

ยท High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

ยท Strong multitasking abilities and attention to deadlines

ยท Excellent verbal and written communication skills

ยท Ability to retain and relay information clearly and accurately

ยท Experience with apartment renovations is a plus

ยท Knowledge of Resman property management software is a plus
