About Us

We are a growing community association management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to homeowners, Board Members, and residents. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused HOA Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of homeowners associations and ensure communities are maintained to the highest standards.

Position Summary

The HOA Property Manager serves as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and the management company. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance oversight, financial administration, and governance support for multiple homeowners associations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


Community Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HOA communities.
  • Build strong working relationships with Board Members, homeowners, and residents.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
  • Ensure communities comply with governing documents, rules, and regulations.
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.


Board Relations

  • Attend and facilitate Board meetings, annual meetings, and committee meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, management reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Provide guidance to Boards regarding policies, procedures, and association governance.
  • Assist Boards in developing and implementing community goals and projects.


Vendor & Maintenance Management

  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Obtain bids, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance.
  • Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications.
  • Manage emergency maintenance situations as needed.


Financial Oversight

  • Assist with budget preparation and annual planning.
  • Review financial reports and provide recommendations to Boards.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
  • Review invoices and authorize payments according to company procedures.


Compliance & Administration

  • Enforce association rules and architectural guidelines fairly and consistently.
  • Maintain accurate community records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with state statutes and association governing documents.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HOA, property management, or community association management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HOA operations, governing documents, and Board governance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
