Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, customer first Property Manager to oversee the day to day operations of an industrial real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys building trusted relationships, listening to customers, and delivering seamless, high quality experiences through proactive, thoughtful property management.
 
The successful candidate will act as a dedicated partner to our customersโ€”ensuring their spaces support their business needs, issues are anticipated and resolved efficiently, and expectations are consistently met or exceeded, while also supporting sustainable and responsible property operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong, long term relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and accountability.
  • Proactively connect with customers to understand their business, operational needs, and priorities.
  • Anticipate customer needs and deliver proactive, practical solutions that enhance their day to day experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly, effectively, and with a solutions oriented mindset.
  • Coordinate and clearly communicate all customer facing activities, including move ins, move outs, construction projects, and customer surveys.
  • Champion a โ€œone teamโ€ approach by collaborating closely with internal teams and external service partners to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience.
 

Property Operations

  • Monitor the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring services, maintenance, and vendors consistently meet service standards and customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and follow up to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, sustainability, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Support environmentally responsible practices by promoting energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable building operations where feasible.
 

Financial & Lease Administration

  • Review and interpret lease agreements and support customers by clearly communicating lease related obligations and processes.
  • Manage property expenses in alignment with approved budgets while balancing service quality, sustainability initiatives, and cost efficiency.
  • Review and approve invoices, ensuring accurate coding and budget compliance.
  • Assist in preparing annual operating budgets and financial reports.
  • Partner with accounting to support receivables and customer account matters in a professional and customer focused manner.
 
Required Skills & Experience:

Expected Compensation Range for Role: Approximately $90,000-$110,000/year.
 

Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as role, level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the expected compensation for the role. Within the range set out above, individual pay is determined based on a number of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training, business needs and market demands.
