As a Kitchen Supervisor you'll:
  • Collaborate with the BOH Manager to build and train a top-performing team of associates dedicated to excellent back-of-house operations.
  • Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure all food products meet Dash In's quality standards and are prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide your team with the tools and resources needed for outstanding performance, including ongoing training and support.
  • Streamline processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Uphold Dash In Brand Standards, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, safety, and operational adherence.
  • Maintain effective communication with the BOH Manager regarding inventory needs, equipment maintenance, and staff performance.
  • Complete assigned tasks as directed by the BOH Manager and ensure timely execution of daily operations.
We are looking for candidates who have:
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a food service or retail environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
  • Comfortable using technology, including inventory management software.
  • Strong focus on providing exceptional team leadership and support.
  • Active ServSafe Certification (a plus).
