As a Theater Supervisor, you'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and have a passion for cleanliness. Our Theater Supervisors are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, while working closely with your theater workers to maintain operational standards and procedures.  You'll provide a fun experience to our customers. Whether it's a special screening of a new release or a timeless classic, our movie theaters provide entertainment at a low cost. Our customers visit us for a variety of reasons, but your expert customer service will keep them coming back!  You'll greet our customers, sell tickets, and prepare food. (Who doesn't love freshly popped popcorn?)  When the movie is over, you'll make sure the cinema is clean and ready for the next showing.

  • Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
  • Acknowledge each customer as they arrive to let them know you'll be right with them.
  • Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
  • Ensure each customer has an extraordinary experience
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in an appropriate conversation
  • Use value-added suggestive selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities and return customers

Job Qualifications:
  • Leads associates utilizing effective communications skills. Trains and coaches associate to ensure they are well-equipped to provide a personalized shopping experience
  • Ensures loss prevention and accountability procedures are followed and minimizes all controllable expenses. Assures compliance with fire, safety, sanitation, and security regulations, as well as ensuring the security of fixed assets, cash, and inventory.
  • Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Greets each customer upon contact and/or line of sight, assesses their needs suggests alternative options and provides resolution. Keeps their needs foremost and creates a welcoming environment, actively engages, and builds trust relationship with the customer in order to deliver a personalized shopping experience
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
