WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY:

As our Assistant Kitchen Supervisor, you'll be the force that keeps our kitchen focused and flowing-leading the kitchen staff with clear direction, inspiring pace and precision, and protecting product through accurate food inventory. You'll work the line with purpose, coach in real time to eliminate and reduce ticket times, and create simple systems that help your team move smart and fast. You will also count tills and record operations data with care, ensuring every shift is tight, accountable, and ready for the next one. In short: you'll set the tone, uphold the standards, and make the work feel rewarding.

To Qualify, You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of restaurant experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience

  • Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
