Job description

Description of Position
This positions primary function will be to carry out the servicing of all Resorts West Hot Tubs and the general hot tub area of the properties as well as miscellaneous property maintenance assignments. This includes monitoring of hot tub usage by guests and owners. This person will act as an interface on occasion between Resorts West, and their guests and owners. He or she must have a personal vehicle to provide transportation. (Uniform dress is required by the position).
Key Responsibilities
  1. Make repairs as necessary to the external enclosures of all hot tubs such as staining, structural repairs, posting signs etcetera.
  2. Perform general hot tub maintenance pre-checks prior to guest arrivals.
  3. Perform general hot tub maintenance departure-checks upon guest departure.
  4. Monitor and enforce hot tub use policies.
  5. Maintain detailed records of service performed on all hot tubs, according to the (Hot Tub Check Form).

  1. Notify the fulfillment of work orders as completed.
  2. Perform general maintenance work as assigned by the Property Operations Manager.
  3. Participate in snow removal around managed properties as is needed.
  4. Heavy lifting (upwards of 75 lbs) and otherwise strenuous work may apply such as moving furniture, lifting tools and maintenance supplies etc.
  5. Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements
He or she should possess the personal skills necessary to represent Resorts West in a professional manner whenever interfacing with guests, owners and industry peers. Basic organizational skills are required which will allow him or her to effectively record and catalogue documents on work performed. He or she should possess a working knowledge hot tub and spa systems and a CPO designation.
