Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys leading a team, solving problems, and taking pride in keeping a property operating at its best? Arizona Oasis Resort and Desert Garden RV Resort are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility operations, infrastructure, grounds, utilities, and maintenance staff across two thriving resort communities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys a variety of responsibilities—from electrical and plumbing systems to team leadership, capital improvement projects, and facility operations. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, attractive, and enjoyable environment for our residents, guests, and team members.
What You'll Do
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance and facility operations for Arizona Oasis Resort and Desert Garden RV Resort. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching, scheduling, and supporting the maintenance team
Prioritizing and assigning work orders to ensure timely completion
Maintaining resort buildings, grounds, pools, utility systems, and amenities
Overseeing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and infrastructure repairs
Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance programs
Responding to facility emergencies, equipment failures, and resident concerns
Coordinating and supervising outside contractors and vendors
Managing maintenance projects while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule expectations
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Assisting with wastewater treatment plant operations and related facility systems
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and maintenance documentation

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a dependable leader who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
Experience in hospitality, resorts, RV communities, hotels, commercial facilities, or similar environments
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, and general construction
Experience troubleshooting electrical systems, breaker panels, and 220-volt equipment
Experience replacing electrical pedestals and performing infrastructure repairs
Knowledge of wastewater treatment operations is a plus
HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical certifications are highly desirable
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to emergencies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and online work order systems
