Director of Butler Guest Experience


We are seeking to fill our newly created Director of Butler Guest Experience position at a five-star luxury resort in the Caribbean. This is an ASAP hire offering $90K base, relocation assistance, housing, and bonus eligibility.


Ideal Candidate Profile


We are seeking a seasoned luxury hospitality professional with senior-level leadership experience in Butler Services, VIP Operations, Front Office, Housekeeping, or Guest Experience within a luxury hotel, resort, or branded hospitality environment. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of elevating guest satisfaction, leading high-performing teams, and delivering service excellence aligned with Forbes Travel Guide standards.


Search Focus: Look for leaders currently managing Butler Services, Guest Experience, VIP Operations, Rooms Division, or Front Office functions within luxury resorts that cater to affluent international travelers and VIP guests. Preference should be given to candidates with experience building personalized service programs and leading teams in Forbes-rated properties.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Butler Services, VIP Experience, and Lapis Lounge operations.
  • Design and implement elevated service rituals and luxury guest experiences.
  • Drive VIP guest engagement, personalization initiatives, and service innovation.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and succession planning.
  • Ensure flawless execution of VIP arrivals, departures, amenities, itineraries, and special requests.
  • Oversee departmental financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting.
  • Partner across Rooms Division and Resort Operations to deliver seamless luxury experiences.

Compensation


$90,000 base salary, relocation assistance, housing provided, and bonus eligibility.
