Position Overview: We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead the strategy, planning, and performance of Cape Resorts’ digital ecosystem. This role is both strategic and operational—owning the marketing calendar, website experience, email marketing program, and paid media oversight. You will be responsible for ensuring that every digital touchpoint—from first impression to final booking—is intentional, optimized, and aligned with the brand.
