Job description

Restaurant Manager

Red Jacket Resorts, Cape Cod’s premier resort and hospitality company, is seeking dynamic and motivated candidates for Restaurant Manager for the 2026 season.

Do you want to be part of an exciting F & B team while working in a fun resort atmosphere? Then get ready to join us at Red Jacket Resorts!

The Restaurant Manager will assist with training and overseeing dining room staff to ensure our guests have a superior dining experience.

The ideal candidate will have Front of House oversight experience in a dining room or restaurant. This person will also have prior experience training, developing, retaining and scheduling staff, as well as supervisory experience.

Compensation: Salary

Salary Range: $1100 - $1250 / weekly
