Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused WFH Resort & Family Vacation Coordinator to assist clients with planning memorable resort stays and family vacations. In this role, you will research destinations, compare accommodations and vacation options, prepare travel proposals, and coordinate itinerary details based on each client's preferences, needs, and budget.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys travel research, organization, problem-solving, and providing excellent customer service. You will communicate with clients and travel partners throughout the planning process to help ensure vacation arrangements are accurate, organized, and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research family-friendly resorts, hotels, destinations, attractions, and vacation experiences
  • Assist clients in comparing accommodations and travel options based on their preferences and budgets
  • Prepare and organize travel quotes, proposals, reservation details, and itineraries
  • Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and respond to general inquiries
  • Coordinate with resorts, hotels, and travel suppliers to confirm reservations and special requests
  • Assist with arranging activities, transportation, and other vacation components when requested
  • Maintain accurate client records, reservation details, and travel documentation
  • Provide professional and timely customer service throughout the travel planning process

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills required, including email, web browsing, online research, Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients and travel partners
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, tourism, or travel is helpful but not required
