Job Title: Hotel Breakfast Attendant (Full-Time)
Position Summary: The Hotel Breakfast Attendant at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is responsible for ensuring a seamless and delightful breakfast experience for hotel guests. This role involves replenishing and maintaining the breakfast buffet, attending to guest needs with warmth and efficiency, and upholding impeccable cleanliness standards in the dining and food preparation areas.
Responsibilities:
  • Stocking and replenishing the breakfast buffet with fresh and appealing food items.
  • Warmly greeting guests and verifying their hotel guest status.
  • Engaging in friendly and courteous conversation with guests to enhance their dining experience.
  • Clearing tables of used china, glassware, and silverware promptly.
  • Thoroughly cleaning tables, chairs, and sweeping debris from the dining area floor.
  • Organizing, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, breakfast buffet, and side stations.
  • Adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper lifting and carrying techniques.
  • Executing all opening, closing, and ongoing operational duties efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
  • Previous experience in hospitality and guest interaction is advantageous.
