What You'll Do

  • Become thoroughly familiar with restaurant menus, ingredients, preparation methods, beverage offerings, and hours of operation for all food and beverage outlets.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the resort, its amenities, and dining venues to assist guests with questions and recommendations.
  • Collect food and beverage orders from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met before delivery.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally while providing attentive guest service.
  • Assist with clearing and collecting trays, dishes, and other food and beverage items from guest areas and dining spaces.
  • Practice and uphold all service standards and proper dining etiquette throughout the guest experience.
  • Consistently provide courteous, professional, and guest-focused service.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in work areas, equipment, and guest-facing spaces.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen, restaurant, and resort team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
