SUMMARY

A warm, personable, and polished individual who naturally enjoys helping others and understands the importance of creating a strong first impression. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, attentive to detail, and comfortable taking initiative without always needing direction. We are looking for someone with a genuine hospitality mindset who can anticipate guest needs, communicate professionally, and remain flexible in a hands-on resort environment. They should be team-oriented, comfortable working outdoors and being physically active throughout their shift, and willing to support multiple areas of the operation as needed. Previous luxury hospitality experience is preferred, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and natural ability to connect with guests are equally important.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, creating an immediate sense of welcome
  • Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and courteous arrival and departure.
  • Safely transport guests to and from the Beach House and other designated areas using the club cart.
  • Monitor the KCR pool area regularly to ensure cleanliness, towel availability, and report any maintenance or guest needs.
  • Maintain a presence in public areas
  • Provide assistance with deliveries, guest requests, and room amenities as directed by the Front Desk or Management.
  • Manage, log, and deliver incoming guest and resident packages with care and accuracy
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell area, carts, and guest pathways.
  • Support the Concierge and Housekeeping teams with operational tasks as needed.
  • Manage Alice and ileftmystuff.com lost and found protocols
  • Offer guests information about the property, amenities, and local area.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and service requests.
  • Uphold safety standards and ensure guest comfort during all interactions.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years old or older.
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required (for operating club cart).
  • Ability to lift and transport luggage (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks
  • Friendly, courteous demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach toย guestย service.
