We are investing in modern analytics and data infrastructure to better understand our owners and guests, optimize marketing and sales performance, and support responsible, profitable growth.

Purpose:

The Rental Marketing & Merchandising Coordinator will support the online positioning, content, photography, and merchandising of rental properties across direct websites, booking engines, OTAs, and other rental distribution platforms.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for ensuring each property is accurately, competitively, and compellingly represented online through strong content, appropriate visuals, accurate amenities, room details, policies, promotions, and local area information.
  • This role will collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, Distribution, Operations, and property teams to improve property presentation, guest engagement, listing quality, and booking conversion.

Salary:

$55,000/year
