As a Spa Attendant, you'll be the heartbeat of our serene oasis, ensuring every corner of the spa sparkles with tranquility. Your role goes beyond just tidying up-you're entrusted with creating a soothing sanctuary, from fluffing plush towels to keeping refreshments refreshed and the ambiance inviting. You'll perform a variety of housekeeping duties with a spa-inspired flair, always ready to greet guests with a warm smile and a sense of calm. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serene Guest Encounters: Greet everyone with a spa-inspired smile and warm hospitality, ensuring guests feel relaxed and welcome.
  • Tranquility Checklist: Keep the Spa, Indoor Pool, and Health Club spotless-tidy towels, replenish beverages, and keep everything fresh!
  • Equipment Excellence: Check that all spa and health club equipment shines and report any glitches so serenity is never interrupted.
  • Attentive Service: Respond to guest requests with friendly efficiency, always preserving that peaceful spa atmosphere.
  • Team Harmony: Spread good vibes-be helpful and courteous to guests and teammates, making the spa a fun, harmonious retreat.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
