We alsoexpect Kitchen Supervisors to maintain food safety and quality standards, administerfood safety checks, and hold Team Members to all Chick-fil-A and health departmentexceptions.


Our Back of House Team Members are what keeps our store running and creating foodwith excellent taste. A Team Member's responsibility is to continually provide quick andaccurate service to our guests; our supervisors assist in this process and hold teammembers accountable to these standards.
