Job description

Customer Service Coordinator

AMSOIL INC. has an exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Coordinator in our Industrial & International Customer Service department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service and support for AMSOIL Industrial sales efforts. This involves customer communication, order entry, supply chain support, and product logistics coordination. This position reports to our facility located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and has a work schedule of Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high-level of direct support with customers throughout product acquisition stage of sales cycle, both domestically and internationally
  • Respond to customer questions regarding orders, pricing, and shipments
  • Communicate inventory needs with partnering departments in operations, production, and distribution
  • Work directly with third party providers to support customer requirements including but not limited to; distribution, transportation/deliver, blending, packaging, and stocking
  • Intake all necessary information and input all quality issues into CRM
  • Create and manage price lists, ensuring accuracy at the departmental and customer levels
  • Utilizing standards templates and software, create customer specific industrial labels when needed
  • Act as a key department resource for special projects

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate professionally with a variety of audiences, both in writing and verbally
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office programs

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working with ERP systems such as EnterpriseOne (JDEdwards)
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics

  • Pay range - $20.82/hour - $24.47/hour depending on education, experience, and skillset.
