Job description

Overview
The Customer Service Representative serves as a key liaison between customers and US Conec, ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience. This role supports Sales, Product Management, and Application Engineering teams by managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining strong relationships across a global customer base.

Responsibilities
Process and expedite customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal order management systems
Prepare and manage quotes, contracts, and project-level pricing in collaboration with Sales and Product Management
Coordinate order scheduling, routing, invoicing, returns, and credit issuance
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide guidance on shipping requirements and export documentation
Maintain detailed records of product specifications, pricing, and customer account activity
Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of US Conec products, tools, and services
Support customer account setup and assist with credit information collection
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality concerns and meet customer requirements
Facilitate clear communication between customers and internal teams, including Sales and Engineering
Build and sustain strong relationships with assigned accounts and support regional team needs
Assist Sales with leads, product launches, change notifications, and sample coordination
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to solution implementation

Must Haves
Associate degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of customer service, account support, or inside sales experience
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and navigate challenging situations professionally
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems
High level of professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork orientation

Nice to Haves
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE) or comparable ERP systems
