Complete Care Management is a rapidly growing healthcare organization supporting a large network of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Our corporate team plays a critical role in ensuring our systems and operations run efficiently to support our frontline teams.

Position Overview
Complete Care Management is seeking a highly experienced HRIS Analyst (Contract) to support our HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping systems for a 6-month engagement.

This role requires strong, hands-on expertise in UKG Pro and UKG WFM, with the ability to step in immediately, troubleshoot complex issues, and support ongoing system operations with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced support for UKG Pro (HR/Payroll) and UKG Pro WFM (Timekeeping), including time clocks and device troubleshooting

  • Perform system configuration updates including security, pay rules, and system settings

  • Monitor and resolve issues related to integrations, APIs, and scheduled jobs

  • Manage and respond to tickets through systems such as Freshworks

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll, timekeeping, and data issues

  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives across HRIS systems

  • Generate, validate, and analyze HR and Payroll reports and data requests

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure system accuracy and performance

  • Maintain and enhance system documentation and workflows

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) and/or UKG WFM (Kronos)

  • Strong, working knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping systems

  • Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve system issues

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large data sets)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, or data interfaces

  • Working knowledge of SQL or data querying

  • Experience with automation, scheduled jobs, or data transfers

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Freshworks
