How You'll Make an Impact

As an HR Systems Analyst, you will serve as the functional and technical subject matter expert supporting and optimizing the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). You will collaborate closely with Training and Development, HR, Compliance, and IT partners to deliver a seamless, compliant, and engaging learning experience across SAP SuccessFactors LMS within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem supporting OxyChem.

  • Serve as the functional and technical lead for SAP SuccessFactors LMS, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Manage end-to-end LMS operations, including course and catalog structure, curricula, assignments, compliance training, and learning history.
  • Lead system enhancements, releases, and updates, including testing, regression validation, and deployments.
  • Partner with learning administrators to identify optimization and automation opportunities that align learning solutions with business needs.
  • Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across learning systems.
  • Manage integrations and relationships with third-party learning content providers.
  • Support integration points between SuccessFactors LMS and Workday HCM to enable unified employee experiences.
  • Provide Tier 1-2 support for system issues and inquiries through ServiceNow and Workday Help.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and deliver end-user training.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Three or more years of HRIT systems analyst experience.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, deployments, and production support.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Workday Help.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward

  • Experience with or exposure to Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).
  • Experience supporting multi-platform HR technology environments.
  • Understanding of learning, compliance, and regulatory training processes.
  • Experience with system integrations and vendor management.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
  • Experience working in regulated environments.
