Job Summary:
CenterPoint Energy is a long-standing utility company in the United States committed to delivering electricity and natural gas. They are seeking an HRIT Analyst to provide operational and technical support for HR technology platforms, ensuring data integrity and efficient system functionality.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR master data within HR systems.
• Perform routine data audits and validations to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to support HR system operations and issue resolution.
• Support HRIT projects by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation activities.
• Analyze business processes and recommend incremental system or workflow improvements.
• Participate in system testing activities (UAT, regression testing) for upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
• Provide functional support and basic configuration assistance for HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors modules).
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports using reporting tools and dashboards.
• Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform routine system maintenance activities, including monitoring integrations and resolving errors.
• Research and troubleshoot HR system issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience supporting HR systems or HR technology platforms
