Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Brian Head Lodge | Department: Housekeeping

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Brian Head Lodge, you'll lead the team that makes our guests feel like they're walking into something truly special — every single stay. You'll keep operations running smoothly, your crew motivated, and our rooms looking their absolute best.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations, ensuring rooms and common areas meet BHL's cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public spaces before and after cleaning to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Assign daily tasks, manage team schedules, and coordinate workloads based on occupancy and property needs.
  • Train new housekeeping staff on procedures, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Track room status and communicate updates with the front desk to keep guests moving in on time.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, submitting requests as needed.
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns related to room cleanliness or housekeeping services with professionalism.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned to support team operations.
