1. Works within department guidelines by practicing safety measures at work.

Performance Criteria:

1. Practices good documentation by filling out and turning in a Fleet Management safety check

list each day you are assigned as the primary driver of a truck.

2. Maintains good driving record by obtaining no tickets or accidents during performance

period.

3. Follows department guidelines by staying current in fleet training requirements.

4. Follows the law by consistently wearing seat belt.

5. Promotes an accident-free workday by consistently requiring helper to get out and assist in

“backing-in” procedure.

6. Works within department guidelines by handling carts carefully and safely.

7. Demonstrates the ability to safely apply tire chains in the event of inclement weather to

facilitate safe driving and delivery of linens to internal and external customers.

2. Works within department guideline by being accurate in job duties.

Performance Criteria:

1. Maintains a consistent and efficient pattern by following proper delivery schedule order.

2. Acts in a timely manner by delivering special orders within 2 hours from when they appear in

loading area.

3. Acts in a timely manner by returning empty special order baskets within 2 hours of when they

appear at the loading areas.

4. Maintains proper documentation by filling out truck driver’s log.

5. Acts expediently by immediately reporting all accidents.

6. Follows department guidelines by weighing carts in and out consistently and properly.

7. Practices proper equipment use by using computer, weighing, lift, and all delivery equipment

• (DL) Driver License, or (CDL) Commercial Driver License
