LR-Associates, LLC (LRA) is a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides Logistics Support; Facilities Management (Operations & Maintenance); Program Management; and Security & Intelligence solutions. We support Federal, State, and Local Governments as well as Private Industry by offering skilled personnel throughout a wide array of technical disciplines.

LR Associates, LLC is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for our government customer at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado.

The Executive Housekeeper will provide overall supervision of the contract and ensure housekeeping services for the VA Medical Center are being contractual met on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Duties will be to execute managerial and administrative oversight of housekeeping requirements and attend all scheduled contract performance meetings with executive and contract staff.

The work to be performed is a clinical environment and requires safety precautions and special requirements such as the cleaning of human secretions, blood, etc., both floor and wall stain removal. Certain areas require the use of gloves, gowns, masks, and shoe covers.

Qualified Candidates must have:

At least 3 years' experience of prior Healthcare Sanitation as a Certified Environmental Service Executive (CESE) or Registered Environmental Service Executive (RESE).

  • Must possess any formal training program. i.e International Executive Housekeeper (IHEA) or National Executive Housekeeping Association (NEHA) .

Must have a valid US driver's license. Must speak, read, and write English fluently
