About the Role

As our Executive Housekeeper, you’ll oversee all daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet brand and company standards. You’ll lead, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping associates while maintaining a safe, efficient, and guest-focused department.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support housekeeping staff to ensure top-quality cleanliness and service

  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain brand standards

  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

  • Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and motivate housekeeping associates

  • Prepare staff schedules based on occupancy and budget guidelines

  • Communicate daily with the General Manager regarding room status and departmental needs

  • Assist with cleaning guest rooms when necessary

  • Ensure guest privacy, safety, and security at all times

  • Promote safety awareness and accident prevention

  • Maintain a professional, courteous approach with guests and team members

What We’re Looking For
