Summary:

The BOH amp; Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, back-of-house facility management, staff supervision, and inventory control to ensure high cleanliness standards and efficient resort operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring full coverage of guest rooms and public areas
  • Manage cleanliness and organization of back-of-house spaces, including laundry and storage areas
  • Schedule, train, and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance staff
  • Conduct inspections and enforce quality standards across all areas
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships (including 1099 cleaning teams)
