Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring full coverage of guest rooms and public areas
  • Manage cleanliness and organization of back-of-house spaces, including laundry and storage areas
  • Schedule, train, and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance staff
  • Conduct inspections and enforce quality standards across all areas
