Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met, and leading a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager in supervising and coordinating housekeeping staff activities.
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping team members to maintain productivity and quality.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs.
  • Support the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
