Our Housekeeping staff maintain facility cleanliness, perform laundry services for our residents, and

Essential Duties of Position

  1. Performs all cleaning duties in accordance with daily work assignments and facility needs.
  2. Spot-Checks all resident rooms and common areas. This includes; emptying the garbage, disinfecting and wiping down toilets and sinks, checking for the need of toilet paper and soap, vacuuming and spot cleaning carpets.
  3. Deep cleans resident rooms as scheduled. This includes; cleaning and dusting all furnishings, moving furniture and vacuuming, checking for cobwebs and dust clumps throughout the room, and other deep cleaning duties.
  4. Performs laundry services per company policies and procedures.
  5. Coordinates with maintenance personnel on required repairs and inventory needs.
  6. Effectively communicates with Maintenance Director.
