About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, service-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our Housekeeping team and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.

In this role, you'll supervise daily housekeeping operations, inspect guest rooms and public areas, coach and support colleagues, resolve guest concerns, and help maintain Hyatt's high standards of cleanliness and service excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing others, leading by example, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily activities of the Housekeeping team
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure Hyatt quality standards are consistently met
  • Coach, mentor, and support housekeeping colleagues while promoting a positive team culture
  • Assist with interviewing, training, and performance coaching
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Complete daily administrative responsibilities and departmental documentation
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
