The Opportunity: Assistant Operations Manager - Housekeeping
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented leader to help elevate our housekeeping operations. In this role, you'll partner with the Executive Housekeeper to oversee all aspects of housekeeping-from guest rooms to public spaces-ensuring every corner reflects Hyatt's high standards.
You'll play a key role in:
  • Leading daily operations across housekeeping and public areas
  • Coaching, developing, and scheduling team members
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences, including VIP and high-profile guests
  • Upholding safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
  • Fostering a positive, high-performing team environment

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience, housekeeping management experience preferred
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
