Job description

Join our Housekeeping team at Hyatt Centric Key West and help create exceptional guest experiences by ensuring every room is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. As a Room Attendant, you'll play an essential role in delivering the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality our guests expect.

What You'll Do
  • Clean assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to Hyatt brand standards.
  • Make beds, change linens, replenish towels and amenities, dust, mop, and vacuum.
  • Report maintenance concerns and guest items left behind.
  • Use a mobile device to manage your daily room assignments.
  • Keep housekeeping equipment clean and organized.
  • Work closely with fellow housekeeping colleagues while providing friendly service to guests when needed.

Schedule

This is a full-time, hourly position requiring open availability, including weekends and holidays. Typical shifts begin at 8:30 a.m. and are generally 8 hours, depending on business needs.
