Housekeeping Supervisor | Tiffin, IA

Homemakers is looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout our store. This role combines leadership and daily cleaning responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside their team while ensuring operational excellence.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee scheduling coverage, train team members, manage cleaning supply inventory and ordering, and assist with hiring and performance management. You'll also work directly with the team to clean restrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas while ensuring housekeeping standards are consistently met.


Pay: $18 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday during build out.  Schedule to shift to include weekends after grand opening.

 Position to start in October, 2026
